Timeout Error

Hi,
As you know, Google Chrome takes too much ram memory and CPU usage. So I decided to change my browser chrome to Opera. But when I search for any website or any keyword, also this website https://instagramplanet.com/ is working fine, this is because of ssl or something. It says timeout error or sometimes its keeps on showing loading page.
When I insert URL directly from the search bar, then it will work otherwise manually, not working.
If something error from my side, then let me know what should I do?
