Opera 23 Taskbar disappeared - No F11 fullcreen bug

After updating to Opera 23.latest version the win7 taskbar disappears in the backround (behind Opera) and cant be brought back with the usual methods.
This is NOT a fullscreen activated F11 issue, as the topbars show properly, just the windows7 taskbar stays in the backround; only way to solve for now is to put it in permanent front mode, but thats not how it should work.
Could be a bug, since I did new and clean installations & found out that this bug doesnt appear in the 22.last version of Opera.

feel free to delete this one, yet another problem occured while trying to fix this; lost all my bookmarks using: https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/bookmarks-manager/?display=en
I managed to keep a bookmarks file from the Opera Stable folder but cannot load it into the Bookmarks Manager anymore as it only takes html ...might better open a new thread for this problem.
Hope the taskbar issue gets solved soon
