Taskbar Icon stays red after download, need to restart Opera

Suddenly, after each download, failed or not, the taskbar icon turn and stays red. Even after checking the download. No way to get the alarming and distracting redness (initially useful, but no longer after checking) away than to close Opera and start it up again. This is very annoying. This must be a bug. BTW, this also holds for things you did not really download, like a file or image, but also for downloads as part of just opening a webpage.
