Google Doc hangs when right clicking

Recently I've been encountering an extremely annoying (I would say, site-breaking) bug in Opera.
Whenever I right click in a google doc file, Opera hangs for at least 4 seconds, every. single. time.

Literally, I can't work in Google docs like this, and I use it for work.

I can replicate the exact same problem in Vivaldi as well, which I believe is based on Opera. In fact in Vivaldi it's worse (with my window saying [Not responding]) but that may be because I have a lot of tabs open in Vivaldi (30+).

Can anyone else reproduce this? I thought it may have been the Google Drive offline extension, but disabling that has not fixed this.
