Can't import passwords into Opera

I'm trying to move to Opera (Version:68.0.3618.125, Mac OSX 10.15.5) I have a lot of passwords installed in Firefox. When I installed Opera I asked that my FF passwords be imported, but they weren't I tried using the import command again and again, no importing. I found instructions for manually importing them, but it was for Windows, not Mac. Can someone tell me how to do a manual import from FF to Opera on a Mac?
