Opera GX Bookmark Bar pushes Twitch video player down.

When I am watching a stream in twitch, I can not see button bar on the video player due to bookmark bar. This started after new twitch layout.

Does it also happen in regular Opera, Chrome, Brave, Chromium-based Edge, and Vivaldi with the bookmarks bar on?
Sound like a bug in the new Twitch layout not dealing with that situation.
