Hello -- I noticed that when I start my computer the opera "launch" icon is in the system tray --- How do I stop this happen on startup? THanks

Run msconfig and switch to the startup tab to see if there's an entry for Opera. For example, there might be one for the browser assistant. Disable the entry.
