After every update I get logged out of every website. So, I disabled the autoupdate, but sometimes (once in a week or two) I still get that problem. That so annoying!
How can I fix it? Will you fix it in the next updates?

Do a test. Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to a folder named "Opera Test" on your desktop, set "install for" to "standalone installation", uncheck "import data from default browser" and install. Test in that Opera, but don't enable Opera Sync and don't install any extensions and don't use the VPN.

Does that Opera have the issue too? If so, temporarily create a new user account on Windows and do a standalone installation in that user account and test. Do you still have the issue there? (You can delete the user account when you're done testing.)

The results should give you an idea if it's something with your Opera profile or something outside of Opera interfering.

If everything works fine in the standalone installation though, if you were using Opera Sync before, log into Opera Sync in the standalone installation too and see if it starts having the problem too.

Are you using anything like Ccleaner to clear cookies and cache etc. for your browsers?
