Opera privacy problems

I have recently started using Opera and have particular interest in browsing privacy. Yes, I'm happy with the the VPN, blocking trackers, adverts etc. I have also prevented it storing login passwords. However there are two things that I am unhappy with:
1 After logging in to a website it stores my website login user names which I object to.
2 It remembers websites I visited last time, even though before exiting Opera I had closed all of the tabs that hold them. Yet when restarting Opera afresh with no saved tabs from the last session as soon as I start to enter the characters of a website I want to visit it clearly remembers I visited that site and offers to complete the address.
I have been checking through the settings to try to stop this behaviour, but it still remembers sites previously visited and login user names. What can I do to prevent Opera retaining this information between sessions? -

Besides the settings at these URLs:
opera://settings/passwords
opera://settings/addresses
opera://settings/onStartup
opera://settings/content/cookies, you can always use a private window in Opera so history for it isn't saved when you close it. You can modify Opera's shortcut to pass
--private
to Opera's launcher.exe so that Opera starts in private mode when you click its shortcut.
