I reset the browser to factory settings, and now on the website, I get a message saying "already installed." I don't have the option to uninstall it because I physically no longer have that extension xD How can I fix this?

My one doesn't even work, it keeps saying 'Sorry, something went wrong' and 'We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can'

ayuda, no pedo ingresar a la extensión de facebook en la barra lateral y me sale el siguiente mensaje:
