Opera Forcing HTTPS on local sites

Im trying out opera and after a couple of days i get a notice that it is disabling extensions so i must review them and turn them back on, no extensions gets disabled but once that happens my local sites (on my machine with http://site.test etc) that worked fine now forwards to https:// and gives errors because there is no certificate installed. Resetting opera back to defaults works and but after a couple of days extensions gets disabled message and cannot access my local sites anymore.
This is super frustrating, and im not resetting the browser every time and have to login and sync all content etc over and over again.
Why does this happen is there a setting somewhere or something that im missing?

If i clear cache on the specific page it works again, in Developer tools -> network -> Disable Cache.
Im still not sure why the site gets cached on https
