Video pop out Not working

Video pop out does not work everywhere.
As soon as I try to switch on, small picture just turns black.

Opera Version : 67.0.3575.115

But still don't go.
I watch zattoo.com and go on pop out will be small
Picture still black.

Setting at opera://flags is set to Default at " Use surface layers in Video Pop-out" is set to
I did not make any changes to Enabled.

Before the last update of Operea everything was ok.

1. instal this https://addons.opera.com/he/extensions/details/install-chrome-extensions/

And then install this https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-for-ev/hepbieccgbieoeaigepkojmogpkjfpin?hl=he&gl=CZ

or

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-for-ch/ekoomohieogfomodjdjjfdammloodeih?hl=he&gl=CZ

That helped my problem. Maybe this will help your problem too ..
