Search bar & tab jump with a click

Hi, in Opera 22, I like know how it's possible restore the famous search bar inside which were all previously saved search engines http://imgur.com/LN9Xy8c,
Finally, if there is the possibility to set the tabs in order to jump between the last two opened simply by clicking on it (without moving the mouse). And possibly if I can keep fixed display somewhere connection speed.Sorry for my english.
