Super Auto Refresh

This apparently reloads a page and bypasses cache(or something) because when I go back to check on the web page I have numerous pages in history that are all the same page - the one that is being refreshed. So many that I cannot even scroll to the first to backtrack to the actual previous page.
Also, the type is huge. with a very large gap between the selection times.
No custom time, How is one supposed to auto-refresh a page every hour ... or twice a day, ...etc. ...no options at all. Thanks for making it available anyway!

I always say, that people have to use best solutions on the market, so I started refresh / update pages or tabs with brand new extension. I recommend use everybody - https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/auto-refresh-page/

@fhj52 You obviously don't have a clue about browser development do you? The addon was legit refreshing closed tabs at some point. The only question is whether it was a feature or defect. Pro tip: only because you cannot see the tab doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

used this addon on chrome, it seems the "hard refresh" isn;t really working as expected, but generally it does work just fine, best plugin ever.

I installed this because I wanted to STOP auto refresh in Facebook and it seemed to be the only extension that had such an option. At first it seemed to at least reduce the frequency of refreshing, but now I'm finding it really doesn't work at all.
