@georgehaxton What happens when you try to use it? Adding it to the shortcuts list will only allow you to change the shortcut.

That's weird. It works fine for me on Windows 10.

There is a neat workaround that I found. I'm assuming you are a mac user since I also had this problem on my mac. Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts and click the + button and add a new shortcut called "Past and Match Style", then enter the shortcut "command shift v". Now I think it the shortcut will work.

@genius0n9 I also have mac and it's not cross-browser at least for me. And when going to the menu bar for Opera, I have to press four buttons to paste without formatting. When I try to change it within the Opera settings there's no options.

@euiaiia What four do you have to press? Yea, Its good on mac but not seamless. This is why i suggested adding it to the shortcuts in the settings

Hi!
I use Windows 10 and the ctrl+shift+v doesn't work at all.
I have disabled the shortcut native to Opera GX as you guys said above.
Also, when I right-click a Google spreadsheet it will appear the option to paste without format, but it doesn't work even if I click the option...
I really like Opera but it this shortcut doesn't work I will have to go back to Chrome because I have to use this function all day at work
