Videos and Livestreams not sync

So sometimes, when i watch videos on youtube or even livestreams on twitch, the picture is "cut" in half vertically with the top half of the video not being synced with the bottom half (or other way arround). Reloading the page does not help. It does not always happen, but often enough to be noticeable. On other browsers the video plays normally, so it's not the videos fault.
