Opera won't let me switch through certain tabs.

When I press show previous tab and/or show next tab, or the shortcuts that I made for it, Opera just stays on the same tab.

How can I fix this?

The problem only seems to go away when I don't have any tabs in other workspaces, although that's really inconvenient when I want to have separate work and home tabs.
