Opera junk entries in Windows app data

For around 10 years I have Opera installed in my PC. Each time I just update it inplace. Somehow, for a long time I have multiple junk entries in Windows app data "available for unistall".
See what CCleaner shows:

And also Windows default Programm uninstall tool:

Yeah, that happens sometimes. An update usually replaces the existing entry, but sometimes when you manually download the installer and update/reinstall, you can get multiple entries.
Just clean them like you're doing or manually delete the Opera keys that are invalid under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall" and "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall".
