[Suggestion]Move to Top/Bottom of Page | Limit area to click

Since more to top of the page is by clicking on the tab maybe double-clicking should move to the end.

Also to prevent accidental clicking when selecting tabs and losing the location one was at making the move only happen when clicking the favicon region.
