Blinking videos

I noticed this issue of a blinking video at least two updates ago. This happens on YouTube, but on other website as well. Not all of the videos are blinking though. This effect looks like bad refreshing of a screen where the video appears. I tested the same videos of different browsers, and this happens only on Opera. So bad driver or other OS issue is not the case here.

I already saw few subjects about this problem. Those topics are locked, and I still see this issue...
