Can't connect on my account...to synchronize

I am a new Opera user. I created an account at home. But when I want to connect to my work it doesn't work. When I click on the icon to connect I arrive on this url: https://auth.opera.com/account/v2/desktop/login and I arrive on a blank page.
I managed to connect via another url, but still I do not synchronize with the account I created at home.
What is weird (see screenshot) is that I seem to be connected to my account but yet when I click on the icon at the top right I am not ...
Can you help me ?Thank you.
