cannot resume download

whenever nearly to finish download it stop because of bad connection. but when I get back on line have to restart my download again. is there anyway can resume download.

Resuming works fine for me. I can cut my data connection / Wi-Fi completely, the download fails, then when I reconnect and press "Resume" it continues from where it stopped.
Please note this depends on the site from where you're downloading the file. Some sites won't allow resuming (in any browser).

It may also be a off-road related thingy...
@jamekeeper, does it happens with off-road turned off or on? Or regardless this setting?
