Opera Using too much Cpu,Memory

When I open the normal Opera It burst with 50% + Cpu and that's why I don't use it and only Opera Gx but still it uses a lot, If i open a another tab it goes up to 20% plus.
and My browser Brave uses a lot of memory but not a lot of Cpu but it still uses a lot to say.
I don't know what to do because it uses to much.
I can give you Detail I have a lot of bookmarks that's why maybe.
A lot of Manga bookmarked, Anime, and other stuff but mostly Manga.
and a lot of Speed Dial Folders on Opera but not on Opera Gx.
What's causing this ?
It just Bursts with Cpu and Memory when I open Opera.
I think you Opera Should just try to use less Cpu and Memory so we Users don't have problems.
