Can't use Command+C/Command+V inside popup extension

Hi, I'm using some unpacked extensions for personal use and for some time I can't use Command+C/Command+V to copy/paste data from clipboard. The same extension on chrome browser works fine with shortcuts, only in Opera I can't do it. Any suggestions what I can do with that?
