Video pop-up over a few desktops

Hi!
i have few desktops in my Win 10 and i have Opera 67 installed.
when i start video pop-up window in one desktop and then move to another desktop the pop-up window doesn't jump over the desktops.my expectation is that pop-up window moves between desktops "together with me" and i am sure that it worked in few opera versions ago, but now it doesn't work
does anyone know how to fix it?
