Opera for Android extra slow

I'm running version 56 on a Note 4 with the latest version of LineageOS 16. When I start Opera it takes almost 30 seconds to load to the Speed Dial screen. Been using it for a couple of years. Has always been that way. Any suggestions what is wrong.

Sometimes it can be the problem of the device. Clear the cache memory. Check the network. Search for some article or videos about this problem on Facebook. It will be fixed easily.
