Add annotations to pop up video (Picture in Picture/PIP)

Hello Opera devs,

As a hearing-impaired user of Opera browser, I'd like annotations to be available to the PIP (Picture-in-picture) window. Before the latest update, I can still use annotations from Youtube to watch some shows, but now the annotations just simply don't show up.

Could you please add annotations again to PIP window? Thanks before
