Keepvid "Application Blocked For Security"

I am using Opera Browser

I get "Application Blocked For Security" when I try to download something using
Keepvid site.

What should I do to prevent this ?

That looks like a message from the Keepvid downloader on Windows, not from Opera.
What happens with other browsers, such as Internet Explorer?
