Please put the reload button back where it used to be.
The reader mode button can go in the menu.
Just checked the forum and see no posts from users requesting the reload button be moved.

The new version of Opera for Android has the useful option of selecting the address bar action button. You can see that in the blog post of Opera Mobile:
