I found that when I watch video using opera the video quality is very weird it's overexposed at first i thought it my laptop's problem then i use chrome to watch and it's fine so what the problem

Goto the URL opera://settings/system, disable hardware acceleration, restart Opera and try again. Any better?

If that doesn't work, goto the URL opera://flags/#force-color-profile, mess with the color profile setting, restart Opera, and try again. Try each setting, restarting Opera each time.
