HTML element being truncated in inspector

Hi there,
I'm working with our website and I'm using the browsers inspector for general debugging as unlike my coworkers I prefer Opera over Chrome. Today I noticed a new(?) feature that at first I thought was a bug in my code.
This element is being truncated. I couldn't find any way to untruncate it without going into "Edit as HTML" mode (which is hard to navigate and easy to accidentally exit), and I found no settings relating to it. I also didn't find anything about it with a couple quick Googles.
Ideally, I would like to turn this off. If I didn't want to see the code inside the element, I wouldn't have opened it. At the very least, it would be nice for an obvious way to open the element further.
