imagine you have 30 tabs opened you want to read later,
then you open a new opera window with another tab,
you now need to close the computer and you closed first the 30 tabs window, and then the tab with the single tab,Yo are done, next time you open the browser all you get is the single saved tab...
Please someone add a feature so this doens't happend, and all open tabs, (no matter if they are in diferent opera windows) should be saved until they are close one by one,
i lost some quite important tabs i can't recall and is not fun a tall

For now, there are a few things you can do:
-
Install Session Buddy to keep track of your current session and to save a session for later.
-
Right-click on a tab and choose "Save all tabs as Speed Dial folder". Then, if you ever have to, right-click the folder and choose "Open all in tabs". You can also goto the URL
opera://bookmarks
and move the folder out of the start page into "other bookmarks" or the bookmarks bar where you can right-clck the folder and choose to "open all" there too.
You can "Save all tabs as a Speed Dial folder" often and delete the folder to kind of keep a backup of your opened tabs. You can even right-click the folder and name it "Opened Tabs". And, if you open a new tab you want to keep, click the heart icon in the address field when on the page and choose to bookmark it to that speed dial folder.
-
If you click the top right of Opera, to the left of the minimize button, is a Tab Menu button. You can click it to open recently-closed tabs. You have to reopen them one by one, but it's something.
-
You can goto the URL
opera://history
and click the links of the tabs to reopen them. -
You can back up your session files often (while Opera is closed). In Opera, goto the URL
opera://about
and take note of the "profile" path. Then, close Opera and use Windows Explorer to browser to the profile folder. There you can select "Current Session", "Current Tabs", "Last Session" and "Last Tabs", and copy and paste them to a safe place. Then, if you ever need to, you can replace the existing ones with the backups (while Opera is closed of course).

thnks for the time you invest to response me, the solutions are okey, but makes me keep focus on that and dont forget to save them,
hope an automated auto save could be added in the future to opera, so it save always all tabs, maybe a configuration option like "treat tabs from diferent windows as a single windows" this way, next time you open and close opera, they all marge and open again, thnks again

Just sayin'...

Again sht, fucin sh*t again. I save from time to time Last session, Last tabs files but not regularly. I have 400+ tabs open. And now these files are deleted together with Current Session, Current Tabs. Hate this approach. User data are primary. Make smth with this.
