I received a notice that My Opera will be shutting down. Does this include the Opera Link function?

Realy?i see couple days ago always problem with synchronization opera link.and if i close opera browser,opera sayed"Opera link is busy with sychronization your new bookmarks.why someone not fixed this problem?thanks.im very angry for this situation
