Don't know anything about Jalbum. But, try starting Opera with the --allow-file-access-from-files command-line switch.

"C:\Program Files\Opera\launcher.exe" --allow-file-access-from-files

for example.

Or, maybe https://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches/#enable-local-file-accesses.

Tks - This alert pops up occationaly. No big deal but my curiosity made me ask.
Think the source were some old albums. About to regenerate new versions and it seems that the flag is gone.
Will store your options for later alerts if happen.
