Scrolling down issues in Latest Update

Opera 66.0.3515.36 Windows 10 64Bit.
Just updated last night. When scrolling down a webpage using the mouse wheel, the page skips and jumps back up. It's very 'jittery' when scrolling.
The extension 'V7 Bookmarks' is unusable now unless you set Opera to light settings. You can't see the links otherwise.
And I was just thinking before I updated, how well and smooth my PC was running!
