Audio out of sync

So, i'm currently on version 66.0.3515.27, but since ever i use Opera (5 years maybe) i always have issue of audio out of sync in youtube or netflix and when i use a lan connection it's even worse, my internet speed it's pretty decent and my pc even tho it's a laptop it's not bad either, any ideas for where i should look to will be appreciated, thanks
