Opera Won't Open on my laptop

Hey so I'm not really good with technology and I downloaded Opera and it simply will not open. Can anyone help? Laptop is running on Windows 10 and is a crappy HP Laptop.

Still having the problem?
Are you downloading Opera from https://www.opera.com/download? Either way, try again.
Any security software on your system that could be interfering?
Try temporarily creating another user account on Windows and try running Opera in it.

@burnout426 Yea, still having problems, but I don't really have time anymore to deal with this stuff
