The answer depends on what you actually want to do, in terms of "completely remove". Are you trying to remove all traces of any and all Opera versions from your computer, are you only trying to remove all traces of the 10.50 version but leave other Opera version(s) intact on the computer, or are you simply trying to remove the 10.50 version but want to leave its personal data files behind to import into another browser (including a later Opera re-install)?

Regardless of which, the one in-common part of the answer would be to uninstall Opera 10.50 using the program-uninstall feature of Windows Control Panel (eg: Programs & Features in Win7). If there are other Opera versions on the system that you want to keep intact, be careful that you uninstall the correct Opera version via the Control Panel... some users have multiple Opera versions with the same name "Opera", depending on how they installed. (This was a more acute problem back in the days before Opera 10.x) When you use this standard uninstallation method, it will leave behind in each user account your Opera personal data files and the folder they were placed in for later re-use by a subsequent Opera installation. Depending on what you want to do, if you desire those files to go away also (and no longer be available for an Opera reinstall to use), you can manually delete them and their folder(s) in each user account. Note: if you have multiple user accounts, it might be useful before removing the Opera 10.50 installation to check the path for the personal files from within Opera using Menu > Help > About Opera... use the path for the bookmarks as a file/folder locator template, and note that the files/folders may be replicated for each user account.

A more thorough "final touch" for total removal is to use a tool like CCleaner and set it to remove all references to Opera in both the file structure and the registry... but be extremely careful with this if you have any other Opera installations on the system that you intend to retain. Regardless, unless you know exactly what you're doing with registry cleaning tools, avoid using the CCleaner (or any other reg-cleaning tool) option to clean up all the "un-needed" files and registry entries for the system - just remove the "Opera"-related ones, or you may be facing some system repair issues.
