"download link" option not available on opera mini

I have both opera and opera mini installed on my android phone. when I need to download an image link on opera I tap and hold the unexpanded image and tap on download link, but this option is not available on opera mini. I am forced to expand an image first then tap on save image.
the "download link" option is really useful when I need to download an image that is only displayed in thumbnail view but has the full resolution version linked to that thumbnail.
please add download link option on opera mini just like the normal opera app. or let me know if the issue is with my phone.
