Change the font size in Menu bar and adjoining areas

Hi, I use Opera browser in my iMac computer. In the browser, I see that the font size is too small for the items in Bookmark bar, address bar, tool bar etc. I would like to know if there is any way to globally increase font size in those places, and if any how to do that. Appreciate for any pointer. Thanks,
