Other bookmarks merged into Unsorted bookmarks

I have some bookmarks and folders in Other bookmarks. Syncing with other desktop Opera or Opera mini for Android is okay, but logging in with Opera beta for Android, my bookmarks in Other bookmarks merged into Unsorted bookmarks. Folders in Other bookmarks doesn't merge into Unsorted bookmarks. Only bookmarks right under Other bookmarks does.
It's been about a year since the problem happened. I also use Opera for Android that is released about a year ago, and it is okay. It doesn't merge Other bookmarks into Unsorted bookmarks. I thought it's an unintended bug, so have been waiting to be solved. But, It's been about a year already. Is this an intended feature?
