Margin bottom of tabs bar

I'm using <spancolor=red>Opera</font> for the first time and I fell in love of him, but I discovered that the margin on top of the tabs is bothering me. I think opera developers must get rid of it.

What margin do you mean ?. Do you mean the one that stops you from clicking the very top of a tab if the window is maximised ?, if so, go to 'O-Menu / Settings / Browser / User interface / Disable tab bar's top spacing when window is maximised' and place a tick in the box.
