Make the address bar vpn button a toggle please

Instead of a dropdown menu make the vpn button an off switch
Its a small annoyance but it bugs me

@ceedee also give a way of saving a bookmark with vpn turned on
so when a bookmark is activated the vpn is enabled for that site
please
