Address bar overlapping trust certificate

Hello,
I noticed this bug since the release of the new 65. update. Hoped that it would be solved by now but I think it went unnoticed.
Happens when I first enter the web page, if I click on the web address, it changes to a normal state.

Same issue here. Seems to happen when visiting one of those company certified sites like Dropbox.
