Speed dial take long time to appear

Hi,
i have problem with speed dial when i open two or more Tabs only one shows speed dial,
and the others Tabs take long time to show speed dial,
some time it doesn't show until i close all the Tabssee this video Here
BTW i have did uninstall opera and install fresh one still the same problem
Opera Version: 65.0.3467.48
System: Windows 10 64-bit -

It's working fine for me. Same build and same OS (fresh profile though).
Check if any of your extensions are causing the issue.
Does
opera://flags/#shared-start-pagemake any difference as a workaround for now? -

before enabling

i disable all the extensions that i have then i restart opera and still the same problem
then i enable the
opera://flags/#shared-start-page
restart opera the speed dial first time will take a moment to open
after that i can open many tabs and it will open fastBTW even when i uninstall opera and start new fresh profile and without any extensions
the problem is still there..!! -

the problem is still there..!!Definitely weird. I can't reproduce the problem. Maybe someone else can check. It could be something outside Opera that's interfering though.
