Removing Social Media Tracking

I have the latest version of Opera stable for Windows.
With all the features in Opera why is there no feature to automatically block social media icons , see attached pic .

I do not see those things because I am using uBlock Origin with a subscription to Fanboy's Annoyance List, which removes that crap.
