How to import Speed dial + stash from windows to OSX?

I have opera 22 installed on my windows 8 computer and have my speed dial and stash all setup. since the new opera doesn't have sync yet, I'd like to try and manually copy speed dial and stash over to a new opera install on my mac, preferably without having to manually add each speed dial etc...
I'm not sure if the windows opera folder is compatible with the OSX version, so I suspect I can't just copy it over, does anyone know if there's a specific file(s) I can copy over to the opera profile on OSX to achieve this?

Figured it out, in case anyone else is wondering:
Stash: stash.db, stash.db-journal
Speed Dial: favorites.db, favorites.db-journal, thumbnails.db, thumbnails.db-journal
