      Hello.

Recently, I started to have stutters, freezes and some sort of lag spikes on streaming websites like Twitch or Mixer.

I tried to understand where it came from and by downgrading Opera from 64.0.3417.92 to 64.0.3417.73 the problem was solved.

Something changed in the 3417.83 or the 3417.92 that messed something up. Does anybody know what it is?

To be more precise, it happens when I set the streams at 1080p 60FPS, and a bit less at 720p 60FPS. It's fine at 720p.

I'm having the exact same issue, only on the latest version of Opera on Windows 7.

I can get around it by downgrading to an earlier version but this will get tedious in the long run as there doesn't seem to be a way to turn off auto-updating.

Only happens when Hardware Acceleration is enabled on 64.0.3417.92.

Hardware Acceleration works fine on any older version.

Glad to see I'm not the only one, thanks for your response.

I hope this can get fixed soon? I can't disable hardware acceleration though, my CPU can't handle that alone so I'll stick to downgrading Opera for now.

Hardware Acceleration enabled works good here on 64.0.3417.92..at 1080p 60FPS and 720p 60FPS

works great with less cpu on Dev 66.0.3502.0.. with Hardware Acceleration enabled.
