Opera will not launch

I am running Windows 7 64-Bit. Every time I want to use opera I have to delete all the files and reload it. If I get out of Opera it will not start back up. I also, have a Windows 10 machine that it will run Opera for about a day and then it refuses to launch. On it I do not have to just go out and update the file from the opera server. What is causing all these issues to now surface? Not until the last 3 builds on the Windows 10 machine did this develop. Sure hope someone can shed some light on my problems. R Hopkins

I see you've had this problem for a while. I really think there's something messed up on both of your systems or both of your systems have some software (security software for example) that's interfering with Opera.

It's possible that something changed in Opera. But, it might just be coincidence. Opera is running fine for me.
Try modifying your shortcuts for Opera to pass --disable-gpu to Opera's launcher.exe to see if that helps.
"C:\Program Files\Opera\launcher.exe" --disable-gpu
or
"C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera\launcher.exe" --disable-gpu
for example.
