How to unblock a site?

@km4: To unblock a site make sure the "Don't show blocked pages" is off. Go to the blocked page and click "unblock".

The extension works pretty well, but I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems to not work on blocking certain sites. There is also no way at present to list and manage the blocked sites.
